Spend an hour on Saturdays with the Ourz By Us community as we explore the effects, start to heal, and learn how to improve diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Event 1 – Open & Candid discussion exploring racist experiences in the workplace.
- A diverse panelist discussion that explores their experiences with racism in their respective career fields.
Event 2 – Starting the healing process with a certified counselor.
- Sparking the healing process from racist experiences and trauma with a facilitated event with a certified grief counselor.
- Please bring your compassion, grace and healing energy to this space.
Event 3 – Creating more inclusive and diverse environments.
- Working with a Diversity and Inclusion specialist to give our community tools, ideas and suggestions to help create more diverse environments within their companies.
